There are two bedrooms which currently sleeps six people and one bathroom. The open plan kitchen, living and lounge room open onto the perfectly spacious and sunny deck which looks out towards the glistening harbour and over to the sand dunes. Sit and relax while taking in those stunning Hokianga sunsets. The unit has its own private front and back lawn area, giving you plenty of room for a boat or to put up a tent. There is also the large shared grassy reserve. This area of land is owned by the body corp, so it's there for you to enjoy and won't be built out,
There is a very reasonable annual society fee which is put to great use, including insurance levies, lawns and security lighting. The vibe among the collection of properties is really welcoming - just enough to feel inclusive, but still private. You can also pop up to the dairy next door for ice-cream and supplies, how convenient!
The Hokianga Harbour is breath taking, and if you did not know already - the fishing here is pretty good too! Surfcasting from the sand, a meal and a drink at the Sands Hotel (just a few paces next door), friendly locals, excellent amenities and wonderful walks close by. A popular holiday destination which thrives in summer. Best not delay on this one!
