I have not purchased a property for some time and I forgot how complex it can be! Sheree helped me through the process and was incredibly responsive. She was knowledgable and helpful, and did not pretend she knew something if she didn't - but she would quickly find out. I really appreciated that. While she is there to support the vendor ultimately, I felt that she walked that line between vendor and buyer well, getting a good result for both.
