With 15 years in the real estate industry - including 13 years as a high-performing agent in central Auckland - Becs is now an established Learning and Development Coach, dedicated to helping agents build successful real estate businesses.
Becs’ journey began at just 18, eager to step into the industry. Encouraged by her parents to pursue higher education first, she completed an LLB at Otago University in 2007 and practiced as a corporate and commercial solicitor before following her true calling - real estate. From the age of 25, she built a reputation as a trusted advisor, winning multiple awards and cementing her expertise in Grey Lynn and Westmere.
Real estate runs deep in Becs’ family, spanning three generations. Her father and grandfather paved the way before her, and her connection to Bayleys is part of that legacy - her father worked with the company in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
After Covid, Becs and her husband made the move north, seeking a rural lifestyle for their family. While she loved selling, her passion for training and development ultimately led her to transition into coaching, where she now empowers agents with the knowledge, strategies, and mindset to thrive in the industry.
Having worked with top-performing teams and run her own team, Becs brings real-world expertise to her coaching. Now an integral part of Bayleys in the North, she is passionate about supporting agents in achieving long-term success.
