A view worth moving for ...
Some properties are simply about the land, others are about the life you can imagine creating there.140e Rodney Road is about both.
Set against an extraordinary coastal backdrop, this is a rare opportunity to secure a 2,000sqm building site with an outlook that stretches from Te Ari through to the Whangārei Heads. It is the kind of view that makes you stop, look again and start imagining what could be built here.
And then there is the land.
Around 7 hectares of established native planting creates a wonderfully natural setting while keeping the property remarkably low maintenance. There is a beautiful sense of space, privacy and connection to the landscape, without the burden of managing acres of paddocks.
Adding to the charm is a 120sqm rustic barn and stable, already bringing character and practicality to the property. There is also a pond and two resident ducks adding another layer to what is already a wonderfully diverse piece of Northland.
The real opportunity however, is the building site. A place to create something entirely your own, positioned to capture that extraordinary panorama and make the most of the light, landscape and ever-changing coastal outlook.
This isn't just a section with a view, It is a chance to build something exceptional, surrounded by native bush, open space and one of those outlooks you simply cannot manufacture.
The hard part is finding the view. The fun part is deciding what you build here.
