Vaughn Brophy is our newest team member at Bayleys Taranaki, joining the rural sales team. Vaughn, alongside his wife Sharron, owns and operates a successful dairy farm, bringing over 31 years of farming experience to our team. His extensive background in agriculture equips him with a deep understanding of the essential components required for profitable farming.
Vaughn's nine years of service on the Fonterra Cooperative Council have further enriched his expertise, providing him with a comprehensive insight into the agricultural industry, from the producer's perspective to the consumer's needs. This unique combination of hands-on farming experience and strategic industry knowledge makes Vaughn a valuable asset to our clients.
Beyond his professional life, Vaughn and Sharron’s family are currently pursuing their own paths: Siobhan is currently in Spain doing Project Management, Tara is a Production Animal Vet in the Whangarei District, Jarod and Logan are both Corporals in the NZ Army. Vaughn enjoys a variety of hobbies, including restoring classic cars, riding motorcycles, and spending quality time with his family. His deep ties to the community began in 1876 with his great-grandfather purchasing a farm in Okato which is still in the family today. Vaughn remains active through his role as chairman of two local boards and his membership in the Surf Highway Classic Car Club.
Vaughn is passionate about helping people progress their real estate journey. We are thrilled to have him in the Bayleys Taranaki team, confident that his dedication and expertise will greatly benefit our clients.
