As everyone's aware, it's a very challenging market at present and we were personally dealt some challenges along the way, but Sue and Nic did an amazing job in supporting us in navigating our way through them, to ultimately sell. They were both extremely hard-working, honest, and reliable in their approach and we couldn't recommend them enough to potential future vendors.

We engaged Team Mayhew to sell my elderly mother's old house, as we had had previous satisfactory experience as a purchaser, via our daughter and they are well connected in the area. The process from beginning to end was quick and efficient. We chose to go with a deadline sale process and happily had four serious offers on the 3rd week, one of which we accepted, so a good outcome in a difficult market. The house was not perfect as old and run down but Sue worked with us to make it as appealing as possible to prospective owners, supplying some of her linen, plants and props. Communication was as never received from other agents we have used - it was timely and comprehensive. Altogether a great experience and would highly recommend.
