Mike kept us up to date with progress as the marketing and sale progressed. He did not badger us for no reason and also did not pressure us to settle on a price that was not determined by us, ie we were in control of price. Mike is someone that has experience and can read the market and can identify the strategies require to gain interest in your property. There was amalgamation within the company that he works for but that did not affect his focus or dedication to us as clients. We are happy to recommend him to others.

Mike was awesome, he gave me good honest advice. Usually when dealing with salespeople you have to be on guard, but I never felt like that with Mike.
