Marcia Noda

Residential and Coastal Sales and Marketing

The daughter of a builder, Marcia has grown up around property. She has a double degree in commerce (marketing) and science (statistics and psychology). And with a career spanning over 20 years in corporate marketing working for big blue chip brands, including Virgin Atlantic Airways, Lotto NZ and Tower Insurance, real estate has allowed Marcia to combine her skillsets and passions.

A true professional, Marcia is committed to providing people with great service (she was once Head of Customer Experience for Lotto NZ) adding real weight to her customers’ experience. She takes the trust people place in her very seriously, recognising the important role property plays in their lives, and considers it an honour to play a part in her clients’ real estate journeys.

Marcia’s approach is honest and down to earth. She is a careful listener and her clients’ goals become her goals when people choose to work with her. Her prowess in marketing means she knows how to make her clients’ properties stand out in the market and thinking outside the square is her default.

Approachable, relatable and outgoing, she is an active networker and, as a long-term Orewa local, boasts strong local connections. Marcia is a member of The Networking Group Orewa, has coached and managed numerous children’s sports teams and is a Justice of the Peace. All three of her children swim and play water polo so she can often be found somewhere beside a pool in her spare time. She reads to relax and loves adrenalin activities when she gets the chance having bungee jumped, sky dived, scuba dived, gone white water rafting on the Nile and run a marathon.

Marcia assists a wide range of clients to sell their property for better than expected results. Her grassroots knowledge of the Orewa property market gained over decades of living there means she understands how it meshes into the wider area and is a big part of how she achieves such great outcomes for her clients.

Altogether an exceptional experience.

How your home comes across in the first few minutes of viewing with a potential buyer can critically determine the outcome at the other end of the sale process.

An open home is your chance to create the perfect first impression. Ensure your property is looking its best in preparation for going to market.

As with many situations in life, being prepared and armed with the best knowledge and information, is the key to successfully managing a positive outcome for the sale of your home.

As the most open and transparent of all sale methods, it’s of little surprise that in a competitive market, more than a third of all Kiwi sellers are choosing to list their property for sale by auction.

Deciding to sell at auction is a big decision which offers great benefits for suitable properties. A sale by auction puts serious buyers together in one place to determine true market value.

The auction process ensures transparency and an even playing field for all parties. Understanding the auction process means you’ll be cool, calm and collected when it comes time to bid.

About the area

Orewa Beach is an extremely popular township and thriving community located 35 minutes north of Auckland’s harbour bridge. Orewa Beach is one of the safest beaches in Auckland, boasting a beautiful 3 kms of white sand coastline that is patrolled throughout the summer months. There are multiple playgrounds, a skate park, sports fields, and stunning walkways and cycle paths – all within a vibrant and friendly beach community that caters for the young and elderly alike.

Whilst Orewa Beach has long been a popular holiday destination, over the last 15 years the township has grown in popularity as a place to live, with homes on the flat within walking distance to the beach and shops commanding a price premium. Visitors to Orewa will also notice the large-scale housing development that has taken place, with a range of housing options to suit the growing community. Orewa has plenty of good schools to choose from – Orewa Beach School (‘the blue school’), Orewa Primary (on the hill) and Orewa College, as well as nearby Kingsway, and Stella Maris Catholic School.

If you are considering a move to Orewa – I am here to help!
