Kate really enjoys the real estate industry; no two days are the same and says she particularly enjoys the numbers and organising side along with helping people reach their goals.

Starting her real estate career in 2012 as an office administrator. Kate gained her Real Estate Salespersons license in 2013 moving into a very successful sales team with her partner in 2020. After three years of success Kate was in search of her next challenge and the call to help the wider team not only with their businesses but their wellbeing was answered when a position opened for the Office Manager at Bayleys Taranaki.

Having a background in Personal Training and an affinity with holistic living and wellbeing the position as Office Manager has enabled Kate to combine not only her strengths but also her passions.

“Being able to assist the team through the technical issues we face in our industry as well as keeping them motivated and making sure everyone is looked after is really where my heart is”

Kate is here for not only the team at Bayleys Taranaki but also for all their clients. “It’s about the people.”
