John went above and beyond week in week out I invited John to carry out an appraisal on my property and although our relationship dates back as collegues he was extremely professional. He gave advice and recommendations to make the property more appealing. Which we carried out every recommendation possible. We agreed on an auction process. He rang me weekly up to track our progress and was a great support throughout the whole time visiting many times with more recommendations.
