Hi there we were very impressed with the work ethics of both David and Hayley, it was great communication and we were very impressed with the advertising promotions, negotiations were handed very proffesionaly and we were very happy with the final result.

We were a little unsure if Bayleys was the right fit for us to start with as we thought they only sold very high end homes but we knew we needed a top-notch marketing campaign to have a good chance at getting a SOLD sticker up in a changing market. Hayleys appraisal left us feeling at ease with the whole selling process and her proposed advertising campaign was by far the most thorough. Hayley put in a lot of hard work to come up with a unique marketing campaign tailored specifically to our property and the lifestyle it offered. She utilises the expertise of a great photographer that really thinks outside the square and brought the marketing to life. A couple of the photos were chosen for cover pages in marketing publications giving us extra promotion at no cost. We thought the video they made was amazing - a far cry from just a slide show of the photos - it was a great showcase of our property with clever use of props, people and even animals. We also appreciated the effort Hayley puts in to the marketing across her social media channels as it is great additional exposure. We were over the moon to to be presented with three offers in a multi-offer scenario and sell for asking price in the current market. That success undoubtedly rests on Hayley’s shoulders and the consistent and professional effort she put in throughout the duration of the campaign and the great support she has around her in the Bayleys team. Easy to deal with and helpful

Hayley worked really hard to sell my property and I'm sure she did a lot more than she told me about. As I was in the UK we had to have most of our meetings late at night or early in the morning and she was always very accommodating. She has a very trustworthy, warm but also business-like persona and that is a great combination for someone in her field as it gives a buyer a feeling of being safe. Not all estate agents do that! I'm a bit of a control freak so I would have liked a report or just some sort of message after every open day to let me know how it had gone. I think Hayley was worried that because they weren't going so well in the beginning that I'd be worried. But I'd rather have just known what was going on. So my main piece of constructive feedback is to give more regular reporting (at least weekly) on what she's been doing, what marketing has been taking place and what enquiries have been coming in. I'm a marketing person so I'm probably more interested in that stuff than other people might be but I think it's a great way for her to sell herself and reassure people. The end result was of course absolutely wonderful and even though the auction was nerve wracking I felt very safe with the whole Bayleys team behind me. Thanks so much to you all!
