Graeme Perigo

Director - Commercial

A hugely successful career in real estate spanning well over a decade has seen Graeme engaged with over $500 million worth of real estate sales and leasing and consistently placed in the top ten of commercial agents. Graeme knows commercial real estate like no other and repeat business figures highly, speaking volumes about the results he delivers to his clients.

Before real estate Graeme worked in both the corporate and small business sectors. He has a diploma in general management and has worked in senior corporate positions at Lion Nathan and Philips New Zealand, among others. After the Dotcom era, Graeme co-founded a successful start-up information technology company. His diverse career path has allowed Graeme to obtain experience in a variety of sectors, that he now works with on a daily basis in commercial real estate, giving him a rare understanding of his clients’ needs. He’s also served in the New Zealand Police as a general operation dog handler and member of the armed offenders squad meaning high ethical values, honesty and transparency are ingrained.

Graeme thrives on the fast paced nature of commercial real estate. Well-connected and with a unique ability to form bonds with people from all walks of life, Graeme boasts a diverse network of contacts spanning investors, executives, property owners and clients. His database network is unrivalled in the region.

Graeme takes a proactive approach and is known for leaving no stone unturned. He fully appreciates the complexities of commercial and industrial real estate and his highly detailed nature sees him paying acute attention to the finer points of every transaction and maintaining consistent communication. A well respected profile means his clients and their assets are always in the spotlight, as Graeme is recognised as one of the areas ‘go-to’ commercial sales and leasing agents. He enjoys staying in touch with clients, forming lifelong bonds and friendships along the way.

Graeme is well known in his community and has served on local school boards, was a NZ Football appointed director of Federation Soccer and a previous patron of the Hibiscus Coast Soccer Club. Outside of real estate Graeme enjoys mountain biking, golfing and travelling the country in his caravan. A true family man, Graeme loves nothing better than spending time with loved ones.

Graeme specialises in Silverdale, Whangaparaoa and Orewa and is proud to have lived in the area over 35 years. Along with son Alex and colleague Ben Clare, Graeme is part of the market leading Silverdale Commercial Team, offering clients a more responsive connected approach that generates hugely successful outcomes.
