Daniel Sloper is a commercial sales and leasing broker for Bayleys in the north, based out of the Whangarei office and servicing the wider Northland region. Daniel is a born and bred Whangarei local who brings a love of the region to his work. He is highly passionate about contributing to driving economic growth and opportunity.

Prior to stepping into the role of a commercial broker, Daniel had a diverse career in the Royal New Zealand Navy. His service included providing humanitarian aid to Vanuatu after Cyclone Pam in 2015 and various other assignments throughout New Zealand and overseas. These experiences have honed my adaptability and versatility, which I bring to my current role.

Since then, Daniel has received a Bachelor of Business with a major in Property through Massey University and spent some time as a property valuer, based in Whangarei. Daniel has been a commercial broker since the beginning of 2021.

Daniel is a very passionate Northlander who has always shown a particular interest in property. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, diving, rugby, and in fact any type of sport. You will also find Daniel spending quality time with his young family and friends.
